Can I set different durations for different treatments?
Yes. Every service has its own duration and price, organised into categories you define. The booking page uses those durations to work out which times are genuinely available.
Can I import the client list I already have?
Yes. Upload a CSV or Excel file and Klipin brings your clients in, phone numbers and all. Your client data stays private to your business and is never shared with other businesses on Klipin.
Is Klipin a marketplace like other booking apps?
No. Your booking page is yours — your logo, your colours, your link. Klipin never advertises to your clients, never lists you next to competitors, and takes no commission on bookings. You keep the client relationship and the full value of every appointment.
